CARSIE BLANTON
Carsie Blanton writes anthems for a world worth saving. Inspired by artists including Nina Simone and Randy Newman, her songs encompass a wide range of genres, from sultry pop to punk-tinged Americana. Whether alone with her electric guitar or fronting her four-piece “handsome band,” Carsie delivers every song with an equal dose of moxie and mischief, bringing her audience together in joyful celebration of everything worth fighting for.

DEAD NETTLE
Dead Nettle is a band led by Lindsey Wall who recently recorded and released her first album, How I Thought under the new moniker. It’s an amalgamation of fierce folk, indie rock songs, with a nostalgic grungy edge. She explores ideas in an intuitive and metaphorical writing style. She performs older songs, as well as songs not yet recorded. Currently, she explores not only a full band indie-rock sound, but playing alongside Sienna Peck, an astounding violinist at more recent shows.

BRITTANY ANN TRANBAUGH
In July 2022, Tranbaugh's queer Americana heartbreaker "Kiss You" was awarded Song of the Year in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, which came with a $20,000 cash prize. She used the money to fly her band out to Los Angeles to record five songs with Grammy-winning producer Tyler Chester (Madison Cunningham, Margaret Glaspy, Watkins Family Hour), which proved to be a life-affirming trip. In March 2023, Tranbaugh released the first song from this new batch, the exuberant long-distance-relationship anthem “Can’t Wait No Rush.” Listeners can expect three more singles this summer and a self-titled EP in the fall. The new songs showcase Tranbaugh in her new era: energetic, self-assured, surrounded by her beloved musical community, and more commanding as a vocalist and writer than ever before.
